I’m a Nationally Board Certified Health Coach (IIN), Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (AADP), Certified Neuro Coach, Yoga Instructor, lifelong mover, gratitude advocate and mom of two adult sons . I created BLISS—Balanced Living in Small Steps to help others find their way back to health, happiness, and balance—without the overwhelm.
After years of chronic symptoms, burnout, with early medically induced menopause, I discovered that small, intentional steps are what truly create lasting change.
I support women in midlife to reclaim their energy, find balance, and feel like themselves again.—mentally, physically, and emotionally.
